We never turn anyone away no matter your financial situation. We will help you get the medical care you need and require. We strive to be your patient centered medical home so you can see the doctors that you have always seen, and who are close to you.

We are the Title X Family Planning Program provider for Alexander, Hardin, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, and White counties. We are the lead agency for the Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program for the southernmost seven Illinois counties.

Community Health & Emergency Services Inc. has been deemed, and is covered by, the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

Serving Southern Illinois

We provide primary medical, dental, behavioral healthcare, and specialty services to 8 counties in the Southern Illinois Region: Alexander, Hardin, Jackson, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, and White counties.

We offer primary care, ancillary, specialty, dental services, hospital referrals, and preventative healthcare at our regional primary care access points. Services include:

As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact our communities, CHESI is diligently staying on top of guidance from the CDC and other healthcare agencies. This is a rapidly changing situation and we will keep you updated as information becomes available to us. At this time, we do ask that you use the following guide to protect yourself and others.

Cough, fever, shortness of breath AND have been in close contact with anyone who has traveled to a high-risk area such as China, Italy, Japan, Iran OR anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
